We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer - Java to build and maintain scalable, reliable backend services. You will contribute to feature development, collaborate across teams, and follow engineering best practices to deliver high-quality software in a cloud-native environment.
As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our organization and clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, develop efficient code, perform rigorous testing, and deliver robust software products. The ideal candidate has a strong background in software development, a passion for technology, and a drive for continuous learning and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services and APIs supporting product features.
- Translate business and functional requirements into effective technical implementations.
- Contribute to API design, implementation, and documentation with a focus on usability and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following established coding standards and design principles.
- Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Debug and resolve issues across development, staging, and production environments.
- Optimize application performance, including database queries and service response times.
- Work with logging and monitoring tools to ensure system health and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, DevOps) to deliver features end-to-end.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
