ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a
Customer Success Manager
to own a portfolio of enterprise B2B customers, driving adoption, ensuring customer success, and identifying growth opportunities within accounts. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, relationship management, and solution consulting. You'll be the primary owner of customer health, retention, and expansion across your book of business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for a portfolio of enterprise customers, from onboarding and implementation to adoption, retention, and renewal.
- Lead onboarding sessions and training to ensure customers successfully adopt Zeko AI's platform and achieve a fast time-to-value.
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and act as their strategic advisor for maximizing platform value.
- Conduct regular business reviews to understand customer goals, track success metrics, and recommend best practices.
- Monitor customer health, product usage, and engagement metrics to proactively identify risks and improve retention.
- Partner closely with Sales to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to long-term customer success.
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback, advocate for customer needs, and help shape future product improvements.
- Resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
