We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Site Engineer to ensure our lighting projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

The Site Engineer will be responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating lighting installations at project sites. The role involves ensuring installations are carried out as per approved lighting drawings, maintaining quality standards, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.

Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise lighting installations as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Verify fixture locations, mounting details, alignment, beam directions, spacing, and symmetry.
- Guide installation teams on correct installation methods and sequencing.
- Ensure all work meets Illuminate Lighting’s quality standards.
- Verify site markings and coordinate with contractors before ceiling closure or civil completion to ensure fixtures are positioned accurately.

Project Planning & Coordination




- Plan daily and weekly site activities based on project schedules.
- Coordinate with installation teams, electrical contractors, architects, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Escalate critical site issues to the project team and management.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Read and interpret lighting layouts, wiring diagrams, and installation drawings.
- Troubleshoot electrical and installation issues, including power supply, wiring faults, voltage fluctuations, short circuits, driver failures, and fixture-related problems.
- Use testing equipment such as multimeters, clamp meters, and continuity testers to diagnose issues.
- Recommend and implement corrective actions to minimize project delays.
- Assist in testing and commissioning of lighting control systems, drivers, dimming systems, and associated electrical infrastruct
