108TYM is a contemporary luxury fashion brand creating premium menswear that blends up-to-date design with Indian craftsmanship. We are looking for a passionate, creative, and detail-oriented Assistant Fashion Designer to join our growing team.
Whether you're a recent fashion graduate or have up to 2 years of experience, we'd love to hear from you if you're eager to learn and grow in luxury fashion.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and developing seasonal collections.
- Create mood boards, design concepts, and technical sketches.
- Prepare tech packs and update design specifications.
- Research trends, fabrics, trims, colors, and embroidery techniques.
- Assist in fabric and trim sourcing.
- Coordinate with pattern makers, sampling units, and production teams.
- Attend garment fittings and implement design changes.
- Maintain design documentation and sample records.
- Support photoshoots and collection launches when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or Apparel Design.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Basic understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and pattern making.
- Solid creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred
- Internship or project experience in menswear, occasion wear, or luxury fashion.
- Knowledge of Indian textiles and embroidery techniques.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or InDesign is a plus.
