About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing & Operations Executive who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and working in a rapid-paced startup environment. This is an in-person role where you'll spend approximately 50% of your time on marketing and client meetings and 50% supporting business operations.
You'll work closely with our Marketing Director and leadership team to help expand EkoMorph's presence across Hyderabad.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Client Engagement (50%)
- Visit restaurants, hotels, cafés, cloud kitchens, and food businesses to introduce EkoMorph's sustainable packaging solutions.
- Meet prospective clients and confidently pitch our products and services.
- Schedule and attend client meetings with the Marketing Director when required.
- Conduct second follow-ups with interested customers after initial meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights to help improve our offerings.
- Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Represent the EkoMorph brand professionally during all client interactions.
Operations (50%)
- Coordinate customer orders and ensure smooth execution from inquiry to delivery.
