- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth in the financial services industry.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 0-6 years of experience in banking or finance industry.
- Robust knowledge of personal loans, home loans, business loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and other related products.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
