Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused fresh graduates to join our IT Support team. The selected candidates will provide technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, and network-related issues while ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. The role is ideal for candidates with basic technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 technical support to end users via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware.
- Install and support Windows/Linux operating systems and standard software applications.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network connectivity issues.
- Create, update, and close IT support tickets within defined SLAs.




- Configure user accounts, email accounts, and passwords.
- Perform system updates, software installations, and antivirus maintenance.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Assist in system setup for current employees.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
