To manage and administer civil contracts related to construction projects, ensuring proper tendering, contract execution, billing verification, cost control, and coordination with contractors and internal stakeholders. The role supports timely project delivery while safeguarding commercial and contractual interests of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Tendering & Contract Management
- Assist in preparation of tender documents, BOQ, scope of work, and contract terms for civil works.
- Float tenders, coordinate bid evaluations, and support contractor selection process.
- Draft, review, and administer work orders, agreements, and contract documents.
- Ensure all contracts are executed and maintained in compliance with company policies.

2. BOQ & Quantity Verification
- Review and verify Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and technical specifications.
- Validate quantities based on drawings and site requirements.
- Coordinate with site and design teams for quantity clarifications and revisions.

3. Billing & Payment Certification
- Verify contractor RA bills, final bills,



and variation claims based on actual site progress.
- Coordinate with project/site teams for measurement validation and bill certification.
- Ensure timely processing of contractor payments as per contractual terms.

4. Cost Control & Variations
- Monitor project costs against budgets and identify deviations.
- Evaluate extra items, deviations, and change orders.
- Support cost-saving initiatives through effective contract management and negotiation.

5. Vendor Coordination
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors on contractual and billing matters.
- Resolve contract-related issues, disputes, and clarifications.

6. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain contract records, correspondence, billing trackers, variation logs, and approvals.
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, timelines, and statutory requirements.
