About the role

We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Bangalore.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the successful delivery of client projects from kick-off through completion. You’ll work closely with our consultants, facilitators, content creators, designers, product team, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the high standards our clients expect.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex projects, coordinating across multiple stakeholders,



and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to learning programmes and help improve internal processes as we continue to scale.

What you'll do

Project delivery
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously from initiation through completion.
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and risk registers.
- Coordinate project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across internal teams.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and proactively address delays or roadblocks.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.

Client communication
- Serve as a key point of contact for project coordination.
- Schedule and facilitate client meetings.
- Capture meeting notes, action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain clear, professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
