We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist who can scale our online sales and maximise return on ad spend through data-driven marketing strategies.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with a proven track record of generating profitable sales through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid acquisition channels. Your primary objective is to increase revenue, optimise campaigns, and build a scalable customer acquisition system for our D2C brand.

Key Responsibilities

● Plan, launch, and manage high-performing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.

● Create and optimise Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.

● Improve ROAS, lower CAC, and increase conversion rates.

● Develop customer acquisition, retargeting, and remarketing strategies.

● Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, and tracking tools.





● Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and ad copy.

● Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives and video concepts.

● Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets for maximum profitability.

● Identify recent growth opportunities across digital marketing channels.

● Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills

● 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.

● Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

● Experience with D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brands (Perfume, Beauty, Fashion, Lifestyle preferred).

● Strong understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.

● Knowledge of audience segmentation, funnels, attribution models, and conversion optimization.

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
