As a Senior Legal Associate, you will play a key role in strengthening Kapture CX's legal and compliance ecosystem across customer,



employee, finance, and partner functions. You'll work on high-value commercial contracts, enterprise negotiations, and compliance initiatives while partnering closely with leadership in a fast-growing AI-powered SaaS company.

- You will draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements including SaaS contracts, NDAs, DPAs, vendor agreements, and partner contracts.
- You will lead contractual discussions involving limitation of liability, indemnity, data privacy, compliance, and commercial risk mitigation.
- You will collaborate with business, finance, HR, sales, and leadership teams to provide practical legal advice that supports business growth.
- You will coordinate with external legal counsel and manage sensitive legal matters while ensuring timely resolutions.
