Role & responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support enterprise virtualization solutions.
- Deploy and administer Citrix DaaS, Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Parallels RAS, Omnissa Horizon, and Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
- Perform Citrix and Horizon upgrades, migrations, and platform modernization projects.
- Design and configure Citrix NetScaler (ADC) for secure remote access, Gateway, ICA Proxy, Load Balancing, SSL Offload, High Availability, and MFA integration.
- Configure StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, Cloud Connectors, Provisioning Services (PVS), and Machine Creation Services (MCS).
- Implement profile management solutions including FSLogix and Citrix Profile Management.
- Deploy and troubleshoot enterprise printing solutions including PrinterLogic and Universal Print.
- Optimize VDI performance, user experience, and login times.
- Perform health checks, architecture reviews, and capacity planning.
- Create technical documentation, implementation guides, and knowledge transfer documents.
- Provide technical workshops and customer enablement sessions.




- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with sales teams during solution design, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
