ABOUT THE ROLE

City One is looking for a seasoned Marketing Manager to own and drive the full marketing function for its premium real estate portfolio on the PuneMumbai corridor. This role sits at the intersection of brand, demand generation, project launches, and sales enablement requiring someone who understands both the luxury residential buyer journey and the mechanics of real estate marketing.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of real estate marketing experience, a sharp eye for brand positioning, and the operational depth to run campaigns, launches, and channel partner programmes end-to-end while working in close alignment with the sales leadership and CEO.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand & Positioning Strategy
- Own and evolve City One's brand identity across all touchpoints digital, print, in office, and experiential.
- Develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and visual standards for all projects.
- Position City One's luxury residential portfolio competitively within the Pune–Mumbai corridor market.
- Manage PR, media relations,



and thought leadership initiatives to strengthen brand credibility and visibility.

Project Launches & Activations
- Plan and execute end-to-end project launch campaigns — from pre-launch buzz to opening day activations.

- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to deliver launches on time and within budget.

Digital & Performance Marketing
- Own the digital marketing strategy across SEO, SEM, Meta, YouTube, and real estate portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com).
- Manage performance campaigns end-to-end — targeting, budgeting, A/B testing, and ROI optimisation.
- Oversee the company website, landing pages, and digital assets — ensuring consistent brand experience and lead capture.
