Position Purpose
The QA/QC Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) across all EPC, Industrial, Infrastructure, Power, and Construction Projects executed by Kruti Power Projects Pvt. Ltd. The position ensures that every project complies with client specifications, contract requirements, approved drawings, national and international standards, statutory regulations, and company quality objectives while delivering projects with Zero Defects and Right First Time execution.
Key Responsibilities1. Quality Management System
- Implement and maintain ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Prepare Project Quality Plan (PQP) before project commencement.
- Develop project-specific QA/QC procedures.
- Establish Quality Objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure continual improvement of the Quality Management System.
2. Project Quality Planning
- Prepare and review:
- Project Quality Plan (PQP)
- Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)
- Quality Procedures
- Method Statements
- Field Quality Plans
- Material Approval Schedule
- Coordinate quality planning with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, HSE, and Planning teams.
3. Material Quality Control
- Approve incoming material inspections.
- Verify Material Inspection Reports (MIR).
- Review Material Test Certificates (MTC).
- Ensure only approved vendors and manufacturers are used.
- Coordinate third-party laboratory testing.
- Monitor storage and preservation of construction materials.
