Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Accounts Executive to support our finance
and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing day-to-day accounting transactions, preparing MIS reports, and
ensuring compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Tally and Advanced Excel, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and
payments.
Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and ledger balances.
Assist in the preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Generate and maintain MIS reports using Advanced Excel.
Analyze financial data and prepare reports using Pivot Tables,
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS,



and other advanced Excel functions.
Process invoices, monitor payments, and coordinate with vendors and internal
departments.
Maintain proper documentation of financial records and supporting documents.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all accounting processes.
Perform any other finance and accounting-related tasks assigned by the reporting
manager.
Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables,
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, Charts, Data Validation, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

Sound understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
