The Operations Manager will oversee daily hotel operations to ensure efficiency, high service standards, and profitability. This role plays a key part in supporting the growth of DASS’s expanding hospitality ventures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Manage budgets, optimize revenue, and monitor financial performance.
- Lead, train, and motivate department heads across multiple properties.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel regulations.
- Address guest concerns and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications:




- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel operations management.
- Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
