IBM TRIRIGA Administrator

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IBM TRIRIGA Administrator to manage, support, and maintain the TRIRIGA platform across multiple environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for platform administration, upgrades, security, performance monitoring, and production support while ensuring system stability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support TRIRIGA environments (DEV, TEST, UAT, PROD).
- Perform platform monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Execute TRIRIGA upgrades, fix pack installations, and deployments.
- Configure and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Manage users, roles, security groups, and access controls.
- Provide L2/L3 support and resolve application, workflow, and platform issues.
- Monitor logs, scheduled jobs, and system integrations.
- Maintain release documentation, deployment notes, and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, audit requirements,



and ITIL processes.

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on IBM TRIRIGA Administration experience.
- Strong experience with TRIRIGA upgrades, patching, and workplace management.
- Knowledge of IBM WebSphere/WAS Liberty.
- Experience with SSO configuration and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux server environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- IBM TRIRIGA Administrator Certification.
- Experience with Real Estate, Lease Administration, or IWMS solutions.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, and ITIL processes.
- Experience working in Agile environments.

Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
