Desired Candidate Profile

The Account Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day client servicing and project

execution across assigned accounts. The role ensures smooth coordination between clients

and internal teams (Creative, Design, Video, Strategy, Performance), maintains timelines,

manages briefs and feedback, and keeps deliverables organized and error-free. The AE is

expected to be proactive, responsive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks

while learning account operations, reporting, and basic commercial processes

(estimates/invoicing support).

Reporting & Team

 Reports to: Account Manager / Senior Account Manager (as per account structure)

 Leads: Interns / Trainees / Freelance support (if assigned)

 Works closely with: Creative, Design, Video, Strategy, Performance/Media,

Production, Finance/Admin

1. Client Coordination & Communication Hygiene

Ensure timely communication, clear updates, and skilled coordination with clients for

approvals, feedback, and daily requirements.





KPIs:

 Client queries acknowledged within 1 working hour (where feasible)

 95%+ communication responses/updates closed within 24 hours

 MOM shared within 4 working hours for 90%+ meetings

 Escalations flagged to AM/SAM within 2 hours of identification

 Client communication quality score: 4/5+ (internal review)

2. Project Execution & Timeline Discipline

Drive execution flow by tracking tasks, aligning internal teams, and ensuring deliverables

move on time.

KPIs:

 95%+ tasks delivered on/before deadline

 Zero missed publishing deadlines due to coordination gaps

 Daily tracker accuracy: 98%+ (status reflects reality)

 Rework due to missed inputs/coordination errors: ≤5%

 Internal handover readiness score (clarity/checklists): 90%+
