*About the Role*
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients for our CPaaS and SaaS product portfolio. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales, enterprise client acquisition, and consultative selling. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, engage, and onboard new customers while building long term business relationships.

*Key Responsibilities*
Drive end-to-end business development activities for the company's CPaaS and SaaS solutions.
Mandatory: Generate current business through proactive client acquisition and consistently onboard new customers.
Identify and engage decision-makers across SMEs, Mid-Market, and Enterprise organizations.
Prospect through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, referrals, and industry events.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultative sales meetings.



Understand client requirements and propose customized communication and automation solutions.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and successfully close deals.
Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Technical Support, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Generate business across products such as:
o WhatsApp Business API
o SMS Solutions
o RCS Messaging
o Voice & IVR Solutions
o Email Solutions
o Marketing Automation
o AI Chatbots
o CRM & Customer Engagement Platforms
o Other SaaS-based business solutions
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Submit regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and management updates.

Minimum 2 years of B2B sales/business development experience.
