​Key Responsibilities:
- ​Handle customer interactions through Voice support.
- ​Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- ​Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
- ​Document customer interactions accurately.

​Eligibility Criteria:
- ​Education: Graduates & Undergraduates can apply.
- ​Experience: Both Freshers & Experienced candidates are eligible.
- ​Skills Required: Excellent English communication skills, Technical aptitude, and a Customer-centric approach.

​Salary & Compensation:
- ​Freshers: ₹29,000 package per month (₹23,951 CTC + ₹2,500 PLI + ₹2,548 Statutory Bonus)
- ​Experienced:



₹30,000 package per month (₹24,410 CTC + ₹3,000 PLI + ₹2,597 Statutory Bonus)
- ​*Note: PLI (Performance Linked Incentive) is applicable post-training based on attendance, login hours, QA, and CSAT-DSAT.*

​Work Schedule & Benefits:
- ​Shift: Majorly Night Shifts (Rotational shifts).
- ​Working Days: 5 days working with 2 weekly offs.
- ​Hours: 10 hours/day (including a 1-hour break).
- ​Work Type: Full-Time | Work From Office.
- ​Location: Sitapura, Jaipur.
- ​Transport: Cab facility available for eligible night shifts only.
- ​Leave Policy: No leaves allowed during the first 3 months (except weekly offs).
