Role Overview
We are seeking ISO Management Consultants who are passionate about quality, process
improvement, and client engagement. The ideal candidate should have excellent
communica¢on skills, strong analy¢cal ability, and a willingness to learn and deliver value-
driven consul¢ng services.
Key Responsibili¢es

Conduct gap analysis, develop implementa¢on plans, and support clients in achieving
ISO cer¢ca¢on (e.g., ISO 9001, 27001, 14001, 45001, etc.).
Assist clients in developing and documen¢ng management system procedures,
policies,



and records.

Perform internal audits and guide clients in preparing for external audits.
Collaborate with clients to ensure compliance with standard requirements.
Provide training sessions and awareness programs for client teams.
Communicate eec¢vely with clients to build long-term professional rela¢onships.
Prepare and present progress reports to the management team.
Con¢nuously stay updated with the latest ISO standards, guidelines, and best
prac¢ces.
Requirements
¢
Bachelors degree in any discipline (engineering, management, or related elds
preferred).

Good communica¢on and presenta¢on skills (mandatory).
Knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.,
is an added advantage.

Solid analy¢cal, organiza¢onal, and documenta¢on skills.
