Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Junior Sales Executive role based in Chennai. The Junior Sales Executive will support the sales team by identifying prospective clients, generating leads, and coordinating product demonstrations for Perfint’s medical robotic solutions. Daily activities include engaging with hospitals and healthcare providers, understanding customer needs, assisting with proposals and quotations, and following up to drive closures.



The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, preparing periodic reports, and collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, clinical, and technical support to ensure a smooth customer experience. The Junior Sales Executive is expected to build strong relationships, represent the company professionally, and contribute to meeting sales targets.

Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with healthcare professionals and internal teams.
- Basic sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities, with an interest in developing a career in medical device or healthcare technology sales.
- Ability to understand technical product features and explain them in clear, simple terms to non-technical stakeholders.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, including maintaining records, tracking leads, and preparing reports.
- Bachelor’s degree
