About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced consulting professional to join its Financial Services Consulting – Payments Transformation Practice as a Manager. The role is intended for professionals with deep expertise in digital payments, fintech ecosystems, payment infrastructure modernization, merchant acquiring, digital lending, cross-border payments, financial inclusion, and payment strategy.
The position offers an chance to work with leading payment aggregators, fintechs, regulators, central banks, payment network operators, development institutions, government agencies, and international organizations to design and implement transformative payment and digital financial services initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
A. Digital Payments and Digital Lending
•Leading research efforts to understand market trends in digital payments and lending
•Working on solution capabilities, technology architecture and innovative solutions to enhance digital payment and lending products
•Keeping track of the latest developments in the payments and lending sector in India and across the globe
•Enhancing compliance and risk framework for Digital payment and lending solutions
B. Merchant Onboarding and Payments Acceptance
•Conducting market assessments to understand merchant needs, pain points, and adoption barriers
•Designing merchant acquisition and onboarding strategies for payment ecosystem participants
•Evaluating merchant onboarding journeys and identifying opportunities for digitization and process optimization
•Developing frameworks to improve onboarding efficiency, merchant activation, and transaction adoption
