A Technical Architect for ServiceNow with 12+ years of exp responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and optimisation of ServiceNow solutions & oversee application and workflow configuration, offering industry-standard architectural solutions.

The ServiceNow Technical Architect combines technical expertise, architectural guidance, and business acumen to drive practical ServiceNow implementations.

Adhering to ServiceNow coding standards, following the ITIL framework, and ensuring ServiceNow solutions' scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Overseeing application and workflow configuration & provide an industry-standard architectural point of view and solutions for the workflows.

Must have worked on Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST) Administration of a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions ServiceNow Experience should include scripting in ServiceNow, tool configura
