Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners,



and managing the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure. The Business Development Manager will analyze market trends, prepare proposals and presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs. The position also includes setting and tracking sales targets, maintaining an accurate sales pipeline, and contributing to strategic planning and go-to-market initiatives. The role requires regular client meetings, effective negotiation, and continuous follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications
