Role Overview
As the
Senior Video Editor
, you will lead the Video department and be responsible for the creative execution, quality and timely delivery of all video content produced by the agency. Working closely with Brand Solutions, Creative, Copywriters and Production teams, you will transform concepts into compelling visual stories while ensuring every deliverable aligns with the client's objectives and Skadoosh's creative standards.

Beyond editing, you will oversee the day-to-day functioning of the Video department by reviewing outputs, guiding junior editors,



improving workflows and maintaining consistency across every project. The quality of every video that leaves the agency ultimately sits with you.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Execution
You will own the visual tone, storytelling style and creative quality of video content across brands and platforms. You will edit and deliver high-quality reels, short-form videos, campaign films, interviews, brand stories, corporate videos, event highlights and other branded content. You will interpret creative briefs, shape narratives through editing, pacing, sound, motion, colour and graphics, ensuring every video is engaging, platform-appropriate and aligned with the brand's identity. You will ensure consistency in pacing, mood, visual language and brand alignment across every deliverable.

Team Leadership & Quality Control
You will lead the Video team by allocating projects, overseeing workloads and monitoring day-to-day execution. You will review every editor's work
