Hiring | Head of Sourcing International Brands

Location: Bangalore
CTC: Up to 50 LPA

Are you a sourcing expert with a passion for building world-class supply chains for international fashion brands? We're looking for a Head of Sourcing – International Brands to lead strategic sourcing, vendor partnerships, and product execution for a portfolio of global apparel brands.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to improve margins and operational efficiency.
Build and manage a strong domestic and international vendor network.
Lead vendor negotiations on cost, quality, capacity, and delivery timelines.
Drive end-to-end product execution, including tech pack translation, sampling, fit approvals, and production.
Optimize lead times and ensure on-time Go-To-Market (GTM) execution.
Implement quality standards and mitigate sourcing and supply chain risks.




Collaborate with design, planning, merchandising, finance, and global stakeholders.

We're Looking For

12–15+ years of experience in Apparel Sourcing, Product Development, or Vendor Management.
Expertise in domestic and international sourcing, garment construction, and production management.
Robust negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Experience working with international fashion brands and global supply chains will be an added advantage.
