You will play a pivotal role in hiring talent for our Market Reach roles, partnering closely with Business Leaders and HR Business Partners to drive workforce planning, and delivering high quality candidates and closures to support the business growth.
Key Responsibilities & goals:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in Market Reach (Sales/ Engineering), ensuring adherence to defined SOP and TATs
- Drive workforce planning in partnership with leaders and HRBPs, ensuring accurate hiring demands and leveraging the same to build proactive pools
- Hire for strategic/niche roles and help build succession in Market Reach
- Go beyond job descriptions to understand hiring requirements and collaborate with business units to refine selection criteria based on the available market talent
- Source and Screen profiles via various platforms including Job-Boards, Career Website and Referrals within defined TATs,
ensure high internal sourcing ratios for Market Reach hiring
- Conduct Market mapping/ competitor mapping as necessary to understand the talent landscape and focus the hiring efforts to the right talent pools
- Foster collaboration with internal sourcing specialists and external consultants to expand the candidate pool and identify the best talent
- Coordinate with Hiring managers, leaders and Sourcing Specialists through-out the hiring process
- Organize hiring drives or campaigns as per business need
- Drive performance and fulfillment or recruitment KPIs and SLAs
- Maintain high level of data integrity with continuous improvement mindset, bringing recent ideas to the TA team and always seeking to do things better.
