Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and result-oriented Social Media Manager to strengthen the digital presence of Otro Interior Products Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content across all social media platforms, increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and building solid relationships with architects, interior designers, dealers, distributors, and end customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create monthly content calendars including product showcases, manufacturing insights, customer testimonials, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and video editors to create high-quality visual content.
- Plan and execute product launch campaigns for new hardware products.




- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Write compelling captions, product descriptions, and campaign copy.
- Manage paid social media campaigns to generate qualified leads and improve brand reach.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Work closely with marketing agencies and vendors whenever required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing is preferred.

Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Experience in manufacturing, interior products, furniture, architecture, building materials, or home improvement brand
