Role & Responsibilities :
- Manage all financial transactions (cash, bank & online).
- Handle company accounts, cash flow, and financial records.
- Track customer outstanding payments and company schemes.
- Conduct inventory management and stock audits.
- Prepare MIS and financial reports.
- Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Lead and manage an accounts team of 7+ members.
Qualification & Skills :
- B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of accounting and finance experience.
- Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, and TDS.
- Robust leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Lead and manage an accounts team of 7+ members: 3 years (Required)
