Your impact

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Piping Engineering Manager – Stress Analysis to lead piping stress engineering activities for complex industrial projects. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, manage multidisciplinary coordination, and ensure high-quality stress analysis deliverables while driving project excellence and client satisfaction.

Lead and manage piping stress analysis activities across FEED and detailed engineering projects.

Perform and review pipe stress analysis using CAESAR II and AutoPIPE .

Guide and mentor teams of Piping Stress and Support Engineers.





Review client specifications, ITB documents, and project requirements.

Develop stress critical line lists and support design strategies.

Coordinate with mechanical, civil, structural, process, and piping disciplines.

Review equipment vendor documents and package engineering deliverables.

Prepare and review technical specifications, material requisitions (MR), and technical bid evaluations (TBE).

Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards including ASME B31.3, ASME B31.1, ASME BPE, ASME B16.5 , and relevant API standards.

Participate in client meetings, technical reviews, and interdisciplinary design reviews.

Drive quality, schedule adherence, and Safety in Design (SiD) principles.

Here's what you'll need

BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.

18+ years of experience in piping stress analysis and engineering.
