About the Role

We are looking for a highly responsible and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage critical financial and operational processes within our lending business. This role involves handling reconciliations, payment operations, NACH activities, partner settlements, and operational issue resolution. Since the role directly impacts customer funds and financial accuracy, we are looking for someone who demonstrates exceptional ownership, discipline, and accountability in every task they undertake.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the lending, NBFC, or FinTech industry and be committed to delivering operational excellence while continuously improving processes and controls.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations & Reconciliation
- Perform daily reconciliations between internal systems and designated bank accounts, ensuring complete accuracy.
- Investigate reconciliation breaks, identify root causes,



and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely closure.
- Monitor daily transaction reports and ensure all operational exceptions are resolved within defined timelines.
- Ensure operational records and financial reports are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
Payment Operations
- Manage partner invoicing and merchant payment processes with accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate settlement activities with internal Finance, Operations, and external partners.
- Monitor payment failures, pending transactions, and settlement delays, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Support fund flow activities and transaction monitoring across operational workflows.
NACH Operations
- Handle end-to-end NACH operations, including mandate registration, updation, presentation, and monitoring.
- Track NACH success and failure reports and coordinate corrective actions where necessary.
