We're looking for a
Technical Recruiter
with
6 months to 1.5 years of experience
to join our Talent team and help us scale hiring across engineering and business roles.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Partner with external agencies to drive quality hiring.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and provide regular hiring updates.
- Build solid talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
What we're looking for
- 6 months to 1.5 years of recruiting experience.
- Hands-on experience in technical hiring.
- Exposure to agency/vendor coordination is preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Location:
Bangalore (Hybrid, 3 days/week from office)
Compensation:
₹6–7 LPA
