Role Objective: To design a scalable, multi-tier data architecture that supports immediate Finance needs while providing "technical hooks" for future Vendor and Asset domains. With a focus on design, configure and implement MDM tool such as PIMCORE

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement PIMCORE
- Design the Logical Data Model (Entities, Attributes, and Relationships) for the MDM Hub.
- Architect the Integration Strategy, selecting between Batch (Spark) or Real-time (Kafka) patterns to meet the 24-hour lineage SLA.
- Establish technical standards for Source-to-Target Mappings (STMs) and data sensitivity masking.
- Build, test, and deploy the high-performance pipelines and workflows that synchronize the 6 source applications with the MDM hub.
- ETL/ELT Development: Build robust data pipelines using enterprise tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, or Azure Data Factory).
- Big Data Processing: Utilize PySpark or Scala/Spark for large-scale data cleansing, de-duplication, and financial logic transformations.
- Messaging & Streaming:



Implement Apache Kafka for real-time metadata synchronization and change notifications across systems.
- Custom Scripting: Write Python scripts for API consumption, automated data validation, and maintenance tasks.

Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Implementation experience of MDM tool specifically PIMCORE
- Expertise in MDM Architecture and Data Modeling.
- Deep understanding of Distributed Computing and Event-Driven Architecture.
- Experience with cloud-native data security (RBAC, PII encryption).
- Languages: Expert in SQL, Python, and Spark (PySpark).
- Messaging: Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar messaging queues.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in at least one enterprise ETL platform.
- Automation: Experience with Git-based CI/CD pipelines for data engineering.
- Python / PySpark: Custom transformations and de-duplication of 6 disparate data sources.
- Apache Kafka :Maintaining the "Golden Thread" through real-time event stre
