Tesla Imaging & Diagnostic Centre is one of the leading diagnostic centres in Western Uttar Pradesh, offering advanced MRI, CT, Ultrasound and Mammography services. We are expanding our business development team and are looking for ambitious professionals who can build long-term relationships with doctors and healthcare institutions.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for professionals with experience in:

* Diagnostic centres

* Pathology laboratories

* Hospitals

* Medical device companies

* Pharmaceutical specialist sales

* Healthcare business development

Radiology experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

* Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors and hospitals.

* Identify and develop new referral opportunities.

* Promote MRI, CT, Ultrasound and other diagnostic services.

* Plan and execute daily field visits.

* Maintain accurate records of doctor interactions in the CRM.

* Organize CMEs,



doctor meetings and educational activities.

* Work closely with the management team to achieve growth targets.

Candidate Profile

* Graduate or MBA/B.Pharm/BBA/Life Sciences preferred.

* 5+ years of healthcare sales or business development experience.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Self-motivated, professional and willing to travel locally.

* Solid relationship-building ability with doctors and hospitals.
