*Facility Executive - Technical*
- To ensure overall maintenance and management of the site including infrastructure, common assets and services including equipments like HVAC system, , BMS, HT and LT panels, switchyard, transformer, UPS, pumping system, WTP, STP, fire alarms, firesystems,distribution of power, water quality, control of circuits, digital application, civil, plumbing etc

About the Role:
- To provide a comprehensive property management service and ensure that all amenities are maintained as per standard
- To lead a team of technical support staff
- To review and modify processes and procedures as and when required.
- To attend and control any incidents at premise immediately and submit incident report to reporting manager / client within defined TAT
- To ensure all client complaints / queries are addressed and resolved within the TAT.
- Track all works related to Masonry, Carpentry, Plumber, sanitary, Welding Painting and technical works

About You:




- Need to be Diploma / B Tech Electrical with a minimum of 06 years of experience in same profile
- Good communication in Hindi , and English
- High standard of grooming
- Works in shifts
