Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and implementation of hi-tech agriculture clusters across assigned districts.

• Drive adoption of phygital platform for farmer advisory, crop monitoring, and data

tracking.

• Ensure effective execution of soil sample collection, testing, and advisory services for farmers.

• Coordinate with FPOs, field coordinators, and village-level entrepreneurs for smooth project rollout.

• Align cluster activities with government schemes (subsidies, BRC, watershed, etc.) for maximum

farmer benefit.

• Monitor daily/weekly targets such as soil sample collection, farmer onboarding, and advisory delivery.

• Conduct regular field visits, review meetings, and performance tracking of field teams.

• Build capacity of farmers through training programs on contemporary practices (precision farming, input

management, crop planning).

• Strengthen FPO operations including aggregation, input distribution, and market linkage

development.

• Collaborate with partners (input companies, NGOs, agri-tech firms) for value chain enhancement.





• Ensure accurate reporting through dashboards, MIS, and mobile applications.

• Identify operational challenges and implement timely solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or Rural Development.

• MBA (Agri-Business / Rural Management) preferred.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in agriculture project management or FPO ecosystem.

• Experience working in Madhya Pradesh or similar rural landscapes is an advantage.

Key Skills:

• Strong leadership and team handling (cluster teams).

• Practical knowledge of soil health, crop advisory, and agri-input usage.

• Expertise in FPO development and farmer engagement.

• Data-driven monitoring (MIS, mobile apps, dashboards).

• Stakeholder coordination (government, private partners).

• Strong communication in Hindi and local dialects.
