About the Role

We're looking for a Presales Consultant who can be

the technical and regulatory backbone of our sales

cycle for our DPDP (Digital Personal Data Protection

Act) compliance and Consent Management platform.

You'll sit at the intersection of privacy law, enterprise

software, and consultative selling — translating

complex DPDP Act and DPDP Rules, 2025

requirements into a compelling, credible product

narrative for CXOs, DPOs, legal teams, and IT/security

buyers.

This is a customer-facing, quota-influencing role. You

won't carry a number, but your demos, POCs, andtechnical credibility will directly determine whether

deals close.

What You'll Do

Discovery & Solutioning

Lead technical and regulatory discovery calls to

understand a prospect's data processing

landscape, consent touchpoints, DPO/Significant





Data Fiduciary status, and current compliance

gaps under the DPDP Act.

Map prospect pain points (consent capture,

withdrawal, grievance redressal, DPIAs, breach

notification, cross-border transfer, data principal

rights requests) to specific product capabilities.

Design and deliver tailored product

demonstrations and proof-of-concepts (POCs)

that show, not tell, how the platform

operationalizes DPDP compliance.

Sales Cycle Support

Partner with Account Executives as the technical

co-pilot through the full sales cycle — from first

call to contract signature.

Own responses to RFPs/RFIs/security

questionnaires, working with legal, product, and

engineering to ensure accuracy and speed.Build and deliver business cases / ROI narratives

that connect compliance risk (penalties up to

₹250 crore under the DPDP Act) to platform value.
