The role requires managing finance in a multi-entity, high-growth workplace with strong governance and financial discipline.
Role Purpose
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the overall Finance, Accounts, Treasury, Compliance, Taxation, Corporate Finance, Risk Management, and Strategic Finance functions across the organization.
As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CFO will partner with the CEO, Board of Directors, and business leaders to drive financial performance,
improve profitability, optimize capital allocation, and enable sustainable business growth.
The role will be instrumental in supporting strategic initiatives including expansion into new markets, fundraising, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Finance & Leadership
- Define and execute the organization's long-term financial strategy.
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategic business decisions.
