Role Description
The Client Services Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring a smooth event delivery experience. This position involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to translate briefs into actionable plans. Daily activities include responding to client queries, tracking project progress, preparing basic reports,



and helping resolve service issues promptly and professionally. The role also includes monitoring client satisfaction, supporting billing and finance-related follow-ups, and contributing to continuous improvement in service processes. The Client Services Representative is expected to maintain accurate documentation, uphold service standards, and represent Event Dex in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications
- Robust client-facing skills, including experience in Client Services and Customer Service.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage Customer Satisfaction, handle feedback, and support issue resolution.
- Basic understanding of Finance-related tasks such as billing follow-ups and maintaining payment records.
- Relevant experience in corporate events, hospitality, or service-oriented industries is preferred.
