Role & responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical condition and functional abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Provide rehabilitation for orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, post-operative, and critical care patients.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercise programs and injury prevention.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Maintain accurate patient assessment and treatment records.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's Degree (BPT) or Master's Degree (MPT) in Physiotherapy.
- Valid State Physiotherapy Council Registration.
- 1-5 years of experience in a multi-specialty hospital (Freshers may also apply).
- Valuable clinical assessment and rehabilitation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
