Job Summary

The Soft Services Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day soft services operations, including housekeeping, pantry, waste management, pest control, and hygiene standards. The role ensures high-quality service delivery, client satisfaction, statutory compliance, and effective manpower management.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping and soft services operations.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of all client areas.
- Manage housekeeping staff deployment, attendance, shifts, and grooming.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
- Coordinate pantry operations and consumable inventory.
- Monitor pest control, waste management, and washroom hygiene.
- Address client complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain records such as attendance, checklists, audit reports, and MIS.
- Coordinate with vendors for consumables and service requirements.
- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety, and customer service.
- Support client visits,



audits, and special events.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or any graduate.
- 25 years of experience in Soft Services or Facility Management.
- Experience in corporate offices, IT parks, hospitals, or commercial facilities is preferred.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of housekeeping operations and cleaning chemicals.
- Team handling and manpower management.
- Client relationship management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
