Overview

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Legal Executive to support the team in managing the company’s legal, compliance and corporate governance matters in India. The role requires experience across commercial contracting, litigation management, corporate secretarial matters, regulatory compliance and implementation of group legal and compliance standards. The successful candidate should be able to work independently on assigned matters under the guidance of the Legal Team, collaborate with business stakeholders, and provide practical legal solutions in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Legal & Commercial Support

1. Draft, review,



negotiate and advise on a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer and supplier agreements, Distribution agreements, Service agreements, Non-disclosure agreements, Consultancy agreements, Procurement contracts Lease agreements and Other commercial documents.
2. Maintain effective legal documentation, reporting and information management systems relating to contracts, disputes and legal matters.
3. Provide support relating to regulatory certifications, permits, industrial licenses and statutory requirements applicable to manufacturing operations.
4. Coordinate and manage litigation, arbitration, consumer matters and regulatory proceedings. Liaise with external counsel on case management. Monitor litigation status and ensure timely reporting and compliance with procedural requirements.
