Job Summary:

Vipany Global Solutions is looking for a highly motivated Legal Associate (Fresher) to join our growing legal team. We are seeking candidates who have graduated from reputed law schools and possess a strong foundation in Corporate Law.

Candidates who have completed internships with Corporate Law Firms, In-house Legal Teams, or Corporate Legal Departments will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and employment laws.
- Assist in contract management and legal documentation.
- Support the legal team in regulatory and compliance matters.
- Maintain legal records and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on legal queries and documentation.
- Assist in policy drafting and legal risk assessment.




- Stay updated with changes in applicable laws and regulations.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresh graduate with BA LLB / BBA LLB / LLB from a reputed law school.
- Preference will be given to candidates from NALSAR, Symbiosis, NLU, Jindal Global Law School, Christ University, ICFAI Law School, and other reputed institutions.
- Mandatory: Internship experience with a Corporate Law Firm, In-house Legal Team, or Corporate Legal Department.
