As the first point of contact for our prospective students, you'll guide inquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, Instagram, Facebook, and website forms. Your role is to understand each student's needs, explain our courses clearly, answer questions, and support them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming phone calls professionally.
- Manage WhatsApp conversations and provide timely replies.
- Handle email inquiries from domestic and international students.
- Explain Sound Healing, Reiki Healing, Crystal Healing, and other wellness programs.
- Guide students in selecting the most suitable course based on their interests and goals.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Assist students with course schedules, fees, accommodation, certification, and registration.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and student inquiries using CRM or spreadsheets.
- Respond to social media messages professionally.




- Achieve monthly admission and follow-up targets while maintaining excellent student satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, customer support, sales, or hospitality.
- Experience in the wellness, education, yoga, or healthcare industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
- Familiarity with international students and cultural sensitivity is preferred.
