Business WebSoft Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 1 to 2 years of professional experience to join our growing development team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, building, and maintaining both our web and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate has a strong backend foundation in .NET, experience crafting cross-platform mobile apps and responsive web UIs using React or Angular, and a solid understanding of SQL for database management.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities):
- Web & Mobile Development: Build, test, and deploy robust end-to-end web applications and hybrid/cross-platform mobile applications.
- Backend Architecture: Design and maintain reliable backend logic and server-side systems using .NET Core/Framework.
- Database Management: Design relational database schemas, write optimized SQL queries, and manage stored procedures in SQL Server.
- API Integration: Create, document, and consume secure RESTful APIs to connect web and mobile frontends with backend services.
- Performance Tuning:



Optimize both web and mobile applications for maximum speed, scalability, and seamless user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, project managers, and QA teams to turn wireframes and business requirements into production-ready software.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional software development experience across web and mobile platforms (Required).
- Backend (Mandatory): Strong, proven experience with C# and .NET Core / ASP.NET.
- Frontend & Mobile: Proficiency in React (React Native for mobile) or Angular (Ionic/Cordova for mobile), alongside HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Database: Solid command over SQL Server or MySQL (indexing, complex joins, and query optimization).
- Tools: Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control, and basic knowledge of mobile app deployment processes (App Store/Google Play) is a plus.
