Job Title: Operations Executive

Job Summary

The Operations Executive will be responsible for coordinating and managing day-to-day marine service operations, ensuring smooth execution of projects, vessel service activities, customer requirements, and internal coordination. The role involves planning, documentation, resource coordination, and providing operational support to ensure timely and efficient delivery of marine services.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate and monitor daily marine service operations, including vessel attendance, onboard services, repairs, maintenance activities, and customer support requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, vessel owners, ship managers, service engineers, technicians, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of service activities.
- Prepare and maintain service schedules, job assignments, work orders, and operational plans.
- Monitor ongoing service activities and ensure timely completion of assigned jobs.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding service updates, job status,



and completion reports.
- Prepare quotations, service reports, job completion documents, and other operational records as required.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for availability and delivery of spare parts, tools, and equipment required for marine projects.
- Maintain proper documentation related to service activities, including work permits, timesheets, customer approvals, and service reports.
- Follow up on pending quotations, purchase orders, service approvals, and customer confirmations.
- Maintain operational records and prepare periodic reports related to service activities.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and customer concerns in coordination with relevant teams.
- Ensure company assets, tools, equipment, and documents are properly managed during service operations.
