Role Description

The International Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi Ofiice.



This position is responsible for identifying and developing new international markets, building and maintaining relationships with overseas clients, and managing the complete sales cycle for Pragati Defence's products. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales proposals and bids, coordinating product demonstrations, and negotiating terms and contracts with international customers and partners. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams such as production, logistics, and R&D; to ensure accurate product information, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction. The International Sales Manager will also monitor competitive activity, participate in relevant trade shows and industry events, and maintain sales forecasts and reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications
- Strong international sales and business development skills, including experience in B2B or government/defence sector
