Role & responsibilities

Responsible for understanding & documenting project requirements and being a bridge between the customer and the team during project execution.

Make certain that clients needs are met as the project evolves

Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget

Monitor and track projects progress and handle any issues that arise
Coordinate with teams including development, QA, DevOps, and support.

Communicate project status adequately to all participants

Use project management tools to monitor project progress, JIRA etc.
