Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid Key Account Manager role based in Ahmedabad, with a mix of on-site client engagement and some work-from-home flexibility.



The Key Account Manager will oversee strategic relationships with key customers, ensure high levels of service, and drive growth through focused account management and business planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing account strategies, monitoring performance metrics, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams such as sales, operations, and service to deliver tailored solutions. The role involves regular client meetings, resolving issues promptly, gathering feedback, and translating customer needs into actionable initiatives. The Key Account Manager will also contribute to market analysis and forecasting, support contract negotiations, and help strengthen Montra Electric’s presence in the commercial EV truck segment.
